Star Cinema‘s winning streak for certified blockbuster movies continues with Piolo Pascual and Angelica Panganiban’s team-up movie Every Breath You Take as it grosses ₱42.83 Million in two weeks. Another local comedy flick, The Mommy Returns also did a good tickets sales and earns ₱30.61 Million In 3 Weeks!
Contrary to reports that the said RomCom movie of Piolo and Angelica breaks box-office records, it opens averagely at number 1 with 25.42 Million pesos in 1 week. The Mommy Returns which was not widely commercially released creates quite a good impact to viewers with stars Ruffa Gutierrez, Gabby Concepcion and Pokwang as it accomplished a two-digit million box-office records.
