The Greatest Love is the sole greatest winner for MBC Drama Awards 2011 held on the night of December 30th, 2011, ahead of rivals KBS and SBS TV station. The MC hosts for the 2011 MBC Drama Awards ceremony are Jung Jun Ho and Lee Ha Nui (Lee Honey), the Miss Universe of South Korea in 2007.

The romantic-drama hit drama rakes top awards including Daesang or Drama Award of the Year, Top Excellence Award, Actor and Actress, Miniseries Division for Cha Seung Won and Kong Hyo Jin. The two lovely couple in the said series also won the Best Couple Award. Yang Han Yeol also from the Greatest Love was awarded as Best Child Actor.
