GMA Network‘s Makapiling Kang Muli which obviously attempts to target Walang Hanggan’s ratings unfortunately is a big failure. The story is quite similar to the intent of its rival drama which aims to have an upper class standard V.S. an ordinary helper who wants to avenge those people who brought pain to him. Lead actor Richard Gutierrez misses to justify the role with his ceaseless and continuous plain acting in every drama he stars.
Just few months of being broadcasts, the said drama is about to end this month August 2012. The probable ground is it did not rate at all. The main reason for the drama being a flop is basically the lack of acting prowess of lead stars Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati. Bottomline is Richard has been doing so many dramas and yet he is still not improving in his acting abilities. He still lack in emotions and several times stiff in his actions. Other casts are executing good perfromances including Gloria Romero and Philip Salvador. On the contrary, Carla Abellana‘s character transformation does not compliment her acting, instead she was overdoing it. The same situation with Mark Anthony Fernandez.
“Ang problema ng dramang ito from the very start is PILIT po ito. Pilit na pinapalabas para matalo ang katapat, pilit sa pagpapakita ng kakaibang serye ng buhay at pilit sa pagpapakita ng intense scenes.”
Richard should participate and attend more workshops for his progression. There are bunch of good-looking and potential heartthrobs nowadays, “baka isang araw makalimutan ka na Chard”.
Makapiling Kang Muli airs on GMA network right after Luna Blanca.
