A blind girl from the Philippines singing Miley Cyrus‘ current hit single ‘Wrecking Ball‘ is making headlines to social networking and video sharing sites.
Joyce Jimenez is a Grade 5 student from Brgy. Luzon, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental whose viral video has already reached an almost 200,000 likes and more than 70,000 shares in Facebook, originally posted at Master, Wendell Facebook page yesterday, October 23, 2013. The video was also re-uploaded today on YouTube and gains 13,000 views and still counting.
The video shows a blind girl, Joyce, singing wrecking ball, belting it loud with her amazing voice while reading its lyrics in braille.
Netizens were astonished of her singing prowess considering of her age and her disability to see.
