Top 100 Philippine Artist of 2011 Pre-Voting: Top 50 For The Final Round!

The Annual countdown for Top 100 Philippine Artist of 2011 will start today! Who among actresses, actors, hosts, singers, and other entertainment personalities will be included in the elite list of deserving top celebrities in the Philippines?

Previous winners of the said poll are Judy Ann Santos (2009) and Kim Chiu (2010). It is now on its 3rd year with more than 3.5 million votes counted last year!

PROCEDURES/RULES/CRITERIA :

1. Pre-voting starts today November 8, 2011 until November 15 with only top 50 names left. You can vote at a maximum of 10 names simultaneously (UNLIMITED votes).

2. The top 50 celebrities who got the most number of votes will qualify to the final round on which V-L-C (Vote, Like, Comment) procedures applied.

The criteria for the final results will be based on:

1. INTERNAL VOTES- 60%

*Consists of Unlimited poll votes, Facebook likes and comment posting

2. EXTERNAL VOTES- 40%

*Includes artist’s performance, feedback and critics, response on forums and threads, ratings of the projects and other related factors about their respective work.
